  I payed $26.72 and only received one bag like I normally do when I get something at night this time I got just fries and not even full meals I think know that burger King has won me over instead of McDonald's

  I have debated this past week about writing a review regarding the event that happened to me and my 2 yo granddaughter at Mcdonalds in Walmart (Northport, Alabama). My grand wanted Chicken nuggets Happy Meal but it was only 940 in the morning. I asked if I could order and the lady at the registered told me No. She stated that I could order a chicken biscuit and I told her she would not eat it. I looked over where the tables were and saw a littke girl with a Happy meal box with her grandmother and another lady and asked the Mcdonald worker what can you get in a Happy Meal this time of the day. She stated that it was only the toy. She said that she put her breakfast in it. I decided to order hashbrown and a small drink. I was handed my cup and walked over to fill my granddaughters cup up. The lady that was sitting with the child got up to throw away their tray. On the tray was FF and chicken nuggets. I asked if they sold her those and she said yes. I was clearly upset. I walked over and asked the worker why she lied to me about It and the reasons behind it. She was very edgy with no reponse. The manager walked up to counter ( yet she heard the original conversation) and stated that they could fix it but it would take additional time. She stated the worker was new. This worker also asked another "team worker" and she also said they do not do Chicken nuggets in the morning. By the time I finished speaking with the manager the Chicken nuggets were in my hand (less then 5 min) but yet I had to pay for all of it again. No apology, No reason given, and No shame for lying! I could say it was a race issue, a family member being treated extra nice, or they just did not want to satisfy a customer. Hmmmm. I treat my patients ALL the same. I treat people the same. Mc Donalds what is your thoughts??
